Mission 50,000
Expanding Our Reach. Strengthening Our Connections.
Mission 50,000 is a NCOGA YAY initiative focused on expanding access and strengthening connections with young Ghanaians at home and across the diaspora.
Through outreach, technology, data, and collaboration across our pillars, the initiative will help NCOGA YAY better understand where young Ghanaians are, how they want to connect, and how opportunities, information, and resources can reach more people.
Launching in 2027
NCOGA YAY Ambassador Program
Represent. Engage. Connect.
The NCOGA YAY Ambassador Program brings together young Ghanaians who are ready to serve as a public face of NCOGA YAY, expand our reach, strengthen connections, and help bring our programs and opportunities to more young people.
Ambassadors will have opportunities to represent NCOGA YAY, support programs and initiatives, build community, and help connect young Ghanaians to opportunities within the organization and beyond.
The program provides another way for members to take an active role in strengthening the visibility, accessibility, and reach of NCOGA YAY.

We Dey! Community Beach Day
Wherever We Are, We Dey Together.
Launching on Ghana Republic Day, July 1, 2027, We Dey! Community Beach Day is a shared day of reflection, nature, and connection for Ghanaians and friends of the community wherever they may be.
Inspired by the green of Ghana's flag and its representation of the country's natural wealth and vegetation, the day encourages participants to step outside, connect with nature, and take a moment to reflect on Ghana, community, identity, and our connection to one another.
There is no single location you have to travel to participate.
Visit a beach or waterfront near you. Spend time in a park or another natural space. Go by yourself, gather with friends and family, or organize a local group.
Wherever you are, you can be part of the day.
Participants will be invited to share moments from their day using #WeDey, creating a collective celebration that reminds us that even when we are separated by cities, states, countries, and oceans, we can still come together.
