Building Opportunities. Strengthening Connections. Expanding Access.

At NCOGA Young Adult & Youth (NCOGA YAY), we believe strong partnerships can create greater access, meaningful opportunities, and stronger connections for young Ghanaians across the diaspora.

We welcome partnerships with organizations, institutions, businesses, community groups, and leaders interested in building opportunities alongside our community.

Whether you are looking to collaborate on a program, connect our members to resources, support an initiative, expand professional or educational opportunities, or introduce a new idea, we want to hear from you.

Areas of Partnership

Our work is organized across several pillars, allowing us to connect potential partnerships directly to the area where they can have the greatest impact.

  • Education

Scholarships, academic opportunities, student resources, educational programming, and access to learning.

  • Networking & Career Growth

Career development, mentorship, employment opportunities, entrepreneurship, networking, and professional development.

  • Community Engagement, Health & Philanthropy

Community outreach, health and wellness, service, philanthropy, and initiatives designed to directly support our communities.

  • Internal & Public Affairs

Diaspora engagement, civic education, institutional relationships, public affairs, and opportunities that strengthen connections between young Ghanaians and broader institutions.

  • Public Communications

Media, storytelling, communications, digital engagement, community visibility, and opportunities to amplify important work.

Have Something Different in Mind?

Not every partnership fits neatly into one area.

If your organization has an opportunity, resource, program, event, or idea that you believe could benefit NCOGA YAY members or the broader Ghanaian diaspora, we encourage you to share it with us.

Our team will review your submission and identify the appropriate pillar or leadership team for further conversation.

Let's Explore What's Possible

Partnerships in Action

At NCOGA YAY, partnership is about turning connection into opportunity. We work with organizations whose expertise, resources, and community reach can help us expand access, strengthen diaspora connections, and create meaningful opportunities for young Ghanaians.

NCOGA YAY × Infinite Vision: Restore Ghana

Partnership Announcement | August 24, 2026

NCOGA YAY is proud to partner with Infinite Vision through its Restore Ghana initiative, advancing more responsible and sustainable approaches to mining while helping protect Ghana's land, water bodies, natural resources, and communities.

Infinite Vision uses technology and data to identify mining areas, understand changes and degradation occurring across the land, and support better practices that consider both economic activity and the long-term preservation of Ghana's natural resources.

Through this partnership, NCOGA YAY is creating another pathway for young Ghanaians in the diaspora to contribute their knowledge, professional skills, ideas, and service to meaningful work happening in Ghana.

NCOGA YAY members are welcome to join hands with Restore Ghana and explore opportunities to contribute to the initiative.
